Today’s the growing civilisation relies on geospatial data provided by surveying engineers, who define and update boundaries both domestically and internationally, as well as determine the locations of both naturally occurring and artificial objects on the Earth’s surface. Digital mapping, geodesy, photogrammetry, remote sensing, and more conventional surveying techniques involving property surveys are examples of subjects in modern surveying. In our research group, we research and teach various surveying related topics such as GNSS derived precise point positioning, laser scanning, 3D mapping, and drone surveying.
